Not hard at all. Right next to the parking lot for big bear.
Heading south on rt 13 (towards mass.) on the right there is a driveway with a sign that says andre's institute of art. If you go in the parking lot and look around you'll see an area with the trail maps and further up, a sculpture called the negotiation table. The cache is located within 100 ft of this sculpture. Use the hint if you don't find it the first time. *I had the coords updated.*
