This is a floater.
This is a 35mm film can, camouflaged. It contains log only and no pen. You can almost drive up to it and the road is okay for cars cause I go up and down with my Neon (just go slow) or park at the Ruins and walk down ($5 except Wednesday's free).
Had to replace again, now the top is attached so it stays put, so remove the bottom and SL and replace where you found it.
