Geocache Description:

LOCATED IN LOUGHGALL COUNTRY PARK

The cache is placed in Loughgall country park along one of the walks. It can be accessed either by the main park entrance where a parking fee of £2 is required or by parking free in the village and walking into the park.

The route is fairly flat with the exception of one steep hill and follows tarmac paths.

The walk is part of Highway to Health walking routes - a series of waymarked walking routes throughout Northern Ireland.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the Country Park.

This park is considered as an area of outstanding natural beauty and there are different walks available, all with pointed routes marked.

Facilities in the park also include, car park, toilets, changing rooms, showers, trim trail, junior adventure trail, golf course and coarse fishing lake.

THE CACHE is a medium sized tablock box with black cover. When placed it contained log book, pencil, sharpener, stash note and various swaps. Please use stealth when retrieving and replacing the cache as it isn't far from the lake and the area is popular with muggles. There is a fair amount of tree cover so the hint will help if there is trouble with satellite problems.
