Nu Shooz ... A washed up 80's band or phonetical spelling at its best? If you grew up in the 80's and lived in Oregon, chances are that you are familiar with this band.
Nu Shooz was an '80s electronic dance music group fronted by husband-and-wife duo John Smith and Valerie Day, based in Portland, Oregon. They released three albums in the U.S. during the 80s, and have a few notable hits. Some of their hits include, "I Can't Wait" and "Point of No Return". Go ahead and YouTube both of these, and see some 80's music videos at their best!
As with any Nu Shooz, they get old, and sometimes need to be tossed. Here is your tossing grounds! Parking may be a challenge in the area, so be safe!!
