A beautiful walk to a place that only a few locals know
about.
Please use the parking co-ordinates - it is a free car park that is
at the trail head. Please do not park on the private road to the
cache or at the car park further down - these are both private and
in use by fishermen. The cache is accessible at all times however,
we would not recommend night visits - due to this being a local
haunt of the local yoofs when the sun goes down. Also please take
care with youngsters as the lake is very deep. The walk from the
parking co-ordinates will take you down a public footpath to the
cache, passing various beautiful views along the way - look out for
the wildlife, the birds and ducks, there is a stream and even a
troll style bridge for you to trip trop over, we have posted a
spoiler picture for the cache location as it is under trees and
this sometimes sends our GPS a bit loopy!
