kosdav: Took a look at this cache last night due to concerns from other cachers. We looked for over half an hour for this cache. When we placed this cache originally it was an easy find, we can only assume it has been muggled.
The area has changed from a peaceful pit stop for travelers to a very busy building site due to the expansion of the new hospital. We've decided to archive this one as the area is not conducive to a cache.
