This is an homage cache for my brother who loves to drink the fresh mountain spring water he has dubbed "Happy Water." Be sure to bring water bottles to fill up your own Happy Water. It comes right out of the pipe and is perfectly safe to drink.
It's in a tupperware box with a green lid. There is a FTF reward of an authentic fossil fish from Wyoming. It's up the hill, on the left, and you may want to have your GPS "catch up with you" when you are searching, as the trees tend to throw things off a bit.
