A nice walk around an area that is not level walking but is cut grass around whats called a lake in Alberta.
The Cache is a Camal lock and lock and the bottom was left clear as directions sugested.
This is a small storm pond that's Calgary's verson of a lake in a small park setting. It of course surounded by houses so that a developer could charge more for the houses
as they can now call it and have you pay extra for lake
front property.
There is a small kids park on one end with benches to sit on both sides of the park.
Several species of ducks, birds and small animals call this home. Then during the spring/fall migrations it is a rest stop for many kinds of migratory birds.
From the human point of view this is a small oaisis in a very busy subdivision that few now about. Take the time to enjoy the area and regain some sanity. The kids park is a nice place to let the little ones enjoy some play or go down to the waters edge and feed the ducks.
