The best place to park would be the day use at the Pembina River campground. Take the steps and cross the highway only at the crosswalk provided when safe to do so.
This is a maintained hiking path in the Provincial Park and provides some amazing views of the Pembina Gorge. The Pembina river is a popular spot for rafting, an enjoyable activity on a hot summer day.
When you reach the top, relax and sit on the bench provided and look over your right shoulder. You are probably only 8 metres from the cache which is a small lock n lock. There are some charms and other items to trade.
