Roma kyrkas sakristia är från 1100-talet. Kyrkans nuvarande basilikaform från omkring 1250. Något torn byggdes aldrig, men väl en tornhuv direkt på långhuset. Av interiör kan nämnas: dopfunt 1200-tal, predikstol 1737, epitafier från 1600-talet och väggskåp i koret från 1200-talet.
