Lokrume kyrka är uppförd under 1200-talet och har föregåtts av en 1100-talskyrka. Tornets överdel är ombyggd och spiran daterad 1752. Dopfunt 1100-talet, krucifix och kalkmålningar 1200-talet, korbänk 1200- och 1600-talet, predikstolen 1600-talet, altaruppsats 1707, bänkinredning 1903.
