This is a little monster in a very popular place. Timing will be everything to getting this cache in a stealthy manner. Early mornings, late evenings, and/or slow weekends will be the best shot. Enjoy the scenary and take plenty of pics at the fountains and in the theatre. Pack a lunch and have a picnic in the Plaza or you are within two blocks of just about any type of food (restaurants) that you would want.
