Nice little paddle or ice walk to McCabe Lake Island. I parked off Sandwick Dr. off White hills run. Use parking cords listed below for a boat launch.
Well this is my Third of 15-20 island caches. The container is a temp until I get a ammo can so please be careful.
A BOAT IS REQUIRED TO REACH ISLAND, unless you want to swim from the community center.
WINTER NOTE: this is a cache that people may want to hike out to once the lake is frozen. Its not very winter-friendly: if theres snow it will be very hard.
PLEASE ENSURE ICE THINKNESS IS APPROPRIATE BEFORE TRYING TO HIKE OUT TO THE ISLAND IN THE WINTER
