insinoori: We stopped to check on this one and it's gone again. I hate to do it, as it is my very first cache. It has had a good run, and with next years planned construction, GZ will be gone. Thanks to all the finders out there.

Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab. Right off of I-35 for you travelers out there.

On August 18-19, 2007 Owatonna, MN was hit with an 100 year plus rain event causing a lot of flooding. This little project hopefully will prevent such flooding again. The cache contains a log and pencil. Good luck!

I bumped the difficulty up to 2 and added a hint. I guess it's harder than I thought.
