Geocache Description:

In the spiders nest

Another forgotten park in the Niagara Falls area. This park houses what seems to be a couple of lawn bowling / bocci ball courts, but are now overgrown and obviously havent been in use in some time. I am sure at some time they were used quite frequently as they found it necessary to run hydro lines out to a light post to illuminate the courts at night.

The park backs onto a hydro field, and is frequented by kids on BMX bikes as there are well defined dirt tracks running all through the park.

The cache is a small container filled with a few items, it contains a log book and a pencil. Please make sure the cache is closed tightly and place back exactly as it was found, and as usual use good stealth tactics as this is a park used by kids and dog walkers quite frequently. Also remember that this is a Niagara Falls park so no caching between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

I had a hard time getting really accurate co-ordinates with the tree cover and hydro lines in the area, so i took a dozen different readings (with 5 to 12 metre accuracy) and averaged them out, please feel free to contact me with more accurate co-ordinates if you are able to get them.

P.S. Please watch out for the spiders.
