A lesson for the kids. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

I was asked to do a Geocaching activity at the nearby preschool where my wife works for the older kids (7-10 years) on 8/14/08.  I placed this cache off the edge of preschool property between the center and the neighboring firehouse as the "Sample Cache" for the kids to find.  They had a blast because I stuffed it full of toys for them to search through!!  As part of the activity each child got to build their own small cache to take home with them too.  I decided to leave this sample cache in place and make it a real one for all to enjoy.  When found you will notice that there are a number of signatures in the log on the first page from some of the kids who found it during the "outing".

No need to disturb the daycare or the firehouse personnel.  Cache is almost a drive up and your search will be relatively private.

Remember, Practice "Cache In Trash Out"

While out geocaching, bring a bag with you to pick up trash along the way.
