A Labor Day weekend campout at Godman Cabin & camp ground. Plan on logging the dozen caches in the area. Hiking, mountain biking, geocaching, camping, and staying cool in the Blues!
The temp. down in the valley is over 100 degrees!! At 6,050 feet it is only about 70.0 degrees. Time to get out of the valley for the labor day weekend and up into the Blues! There will be a gaggle of Ferrets who have already rented the Godman cabin for a couple nights. There are a dozen or more of close by caches in the area. The Ferrets already plan on TeePee Trail Head Cache (GCPFDR) and Uprooted Cache (GCGB3G) for Sunday afternoon! Check out Godman Guard Station cache(GCPYRT) and all the other listed caches in the area! Bring your mountain bike and your camp chair. There are 8 free camp sites at Godman campground. Bring your tent and spend the Labor Day weekend.
