Geocache Description:

Easy cache in the campsites in Chambers Park. This is part of the Lake Cuyamaca State Recreation and Park District. State Park admission is required, but it's worth a stay to check it out.

If you are under around 5' 6", bring someone taller to help.

Park in the main lot and walk to the cache. Please don't cut through any campsites. The cache is in a public area, not a campsite.

You should plan to stay long enough to find the additional cache on Fletcher Island and enjoy the lake facilities. You may need to get a parking pass at the North Side ranger station. There is a ranger station at Chamber's Park, but it is not always manned.

Also, the lake has created their own private set of caches around the grounds. You can get info on that from the Lake Cuyamaca web site. It is an easy set of caches - great for beginners.

There is room in this cache for small tradeable items.
