Continuing the series along the Jocks road between Glen Doll and Auchallater.
You are in the hills, please be fully equipped for all weather conditions and take all the usual precautions. Take plenty of food and water. There is little or no Mobile phone coverage. Please leave your route with a responsible person
Why is there a rose bush way out here, could it have been planted by a loved one for some lone walkers special spot? Was it planted for Jock himself? Does it mark a grave? Some say they hear voices at this spot, is it ghosts, is it a trick of the wind or hollow rocks? - you decide.
