Geocache Description:

An easy and beautiful short walk from the end of Mark Lane; this is an off-set cache, so you can't miss the view from the point.

Go to the listed co-ordinates, and find the nearby B.C. Survey post. From the post do a projection of 30 metres at 88 degrees True. My projection may be off (any improved versions welcome:)) so the hint is strong.
