This one has gone missing three times, so we replaced 'one more time.' at the same coords but better hidden, and smaller than the previous ones.. Run, walk, bike or ski but somehow get to this beautiful spot. May need to bushwhack a little for the last few feet. Please try to replace is securely in it's spot.
Access the trail and cache either from Morlatton Village just 1/3 mile to the East, or 3.5 miles from Birdsboro Trailhead to the West. (See Armorcast Commemorative Cache GC1EHQK) This old railroad bridge is one of our favorite spots along the Schuylkill River Trail. The views upriver and down are worth the trip. We placed caches near both ends of the bridge to tempt folks to cross the bridge and enjoy the views. “Why did the cacher cross the river? To get to the other cache.” GPS seemed “right on” here but let us know if they are right on for you. No daredevil feats necessary. Please log any DNF’s so we can make adjustments if needed. Placed along the Schuylkill River Trail easement with permission of the Director of the Schuylkill River National and State Heritage Area.
