This is for all geocachers be they locals or foreigners.
A social BBQ event, (BYO) to get to know the new and not so new faces amongst us and to welcome some visitors, "CrystalFairy".
It is also an opportunity to kick off the "dry" caching season.
All Foreign cachers are welcome to get the lowdown from the Horses mouth, so to speak?! It will be a fine opportunity to get some hints, about those elusive caches in the area.
The Aeronauts have kindly offered us the use of there Scout Hall for this event; chairs, tables as well as kitchen and toilet facilities are available.
BBQ’s will be available to roast the sausages and grill the steaks.
(Bring a Plate)Salad/Sweet to share.
Coffee and tea will be provided.
Parking at the Scout Hall is limited, but there is more parking available at the given waypoint just down the Road.
A Cache lurks nearby, for those that have not yet found it!
Time: Any time between 3pm - 6pm as there is no formal program, just come and enjoy some caching company.
A Donation Box will be available, if you would like to make a contribution to the Scouts for the use of the facility.
