Circular detour from the Old A30 part of the Goss Moor Trail.
Not recommended for Bikes or pushchairs. Can be boggy in places,
especially after a lot of rain.
The cache is a 35mm film canister, you will need to bring your own
scrbbling stick.
If you started from Owl Sanctuary end you will pass through a
couple of new gates. The walk will take you across a quiet part of
Goss Moor, with butterflies and dragonflies for company. Look out
for the lily pond - an unexpected sight as you round the bend. Be
warned, the new driving instruction guide, guides you up the old
A30. This is no longer possible,as the road is now closed to cars,
you have to park at either end, at designated car parks and walk.
