Geocache Description:

Bring a picnic basket and come and enjoy the views.

This cache will take you further upstream from the Karkloof Falls Cache to a smaller waterfall and lovely dip pool. The sign leading up to it says 4x4 only but we made it easily in a normal bakkie. A normal vehicle will definitely battle over one section but the rest should be fine if dry. If you choose to walk, you're in for a 1,1Km walk but with some lovely views along the river.

At the parking area, you will need to cross over the river, but do not try this when the river is in flood or flowing high, and find the path leading downstream and down to the river. The cache if hidden about half way down to the river off to the right of the path and hidden in a crevice with some grey rocks from the river hiding it. Please make sure you are not been watched while retrieving and conceal well again.
