8/28/08 The best laid plans o' mice and men aft gang aglee.
On this date, the original geocache is missing. Originally, the cache was a bird's nest - hence the name - fitted with a camouflaged container and attached to a tree limb with a velco strap. Today, only the camouflaged velcro strap remains.

The cache has been replaced with a new (slightly smaller) container holding a log book and a pen. There is room for a few small items such as geocoins but nothing large. The names and dates of previous geocachers have been entered in the new log book.

Although the cache has been moved slightly, the coordinates remain as published since they are well within the limits of accuracy. And, last, a tip of the hat to Teri, Eric and Angus for the idea.
