A famous expression.

The cache is at a memorial for Captain Scott who died at the Antarctic after successfully reaching the south pole.
He was a famous explorer and the news was first sent around the world from Oamaru when the ship stopped here to deliver the bad news.

I think it was fitting that the cache was placed when it was snowing.
