Should be a fairly quick cache n dash, unless you stop to admire the area.
Like the name says this one really is all about the view. Growing up on Pillar Point I could never get enough of the lake and spent countless hours swimming and fishing here.
The cache is a small plastic food container that has been camo'ed. Contains various little trinket items to start. Also has a logbook and pencil. It can hold small geocoins and TB's as well. There is no FTF prize, but if you find this cache at the right time the sunset is amazing.
Cache is placed with permission on land my family owns a summer cottage on. This should be a quick, easy find. Make sure you wear some sort of foot coverings because we have lots of geese (which means quite a bit of droppings on the ground).
There is no need to go down the steps to the water and you should avoid them. Please be respectful of the property and leave it as if you owned it.
