I Knew I Should Have Taken the Earlier Train! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

Over recent years in the Santa Clara Valley, more and more train tracks have literally disappeared as they have been pulled up and hauled out as trucking has proven to be the more economical transportation of heavy goods. As one travels around there is a lot of evidence as to where tracks used to be.

This cache is at such a location, where the tracks crossed the road, and crossing gates used to come down to warn drivers. The cache contains only the log, with little room for additional items, possibly a small sig pin or the like. Please bring your own pen and return the cache to its original orientation for the next cacher.
