This cache was placed to bring attention to the Salmon Spawning and Imprint Station. The Station has been closed due to lack of water when alternate methods of spawning and imprinting were used. It is now open and ready for use this fall. If you come in the fall when the salmon are running you will get to see these powerful fish climb the ladder to holding tanks to full fill their destiny of spawning. The mature salmon come every fall and climb the ladder to complete their life cycle. Go inside and see all the information the Game Fish and Parks have to help the public under the entire process.
