Cache at 548 meters above sea level, near Løvlia lodge in Krokskogen. Available all year for your skiing and hiking pleasures.
Unbelievably, there has been no geocache near this important crossroads in the legendary forests of Krokskogen. However, this one is conveniently located before or after your visit to the nearby cafe, just outside the fenced area. Please be stealthy, particularly in winter, as the main trails & tracks here are very busy. There are also cabins in the area.
The cache is a modified military cooking container, camo painted and secured with velcro and steel wire. It has the Mark of the Moose.
Initial content includes a DDE cd, a Bernhardese fear chaser, various carabiners, a moose dropping, pens and a nice logbook. Please reinstall the cache excactly as found and be stealthy.
