Geocache Description:

Lake Lida is one of the best all-around angling lakes in this part of Otter Tail County. Walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, black crappie, and bluegill are the dominant gamefish species in Lake Lida. The Minnesota DNR and the Lake Lida Association have been involved in several cooperative projects designed to improve and protect water the quality and fish habitat. Show your thanks by doing a little CITO when you visit this geocache.

The cache is a 32-ounce peanut jar with the following original items:

A log with a pencil
Golden George Washington Dollar for the FTF
A pedometer so you can track your steps
A flag lapel pin
A key chain flashlight
And a sample container of dental floss, unused of course.
