Geocache Description:

Congrats to 4America for the FTF.

I have always wondered about this one and found out that at one time, Wichita was one of the largest makers of Neon Lights. This attraction was designed by Steve Murillo about 15 years ago. Inside the tubes are Neon Lights that are connected to computers that change the color of the lights nightly.
It is part of the Wichita Project Beauty through Sculptures.
You are looking for a green plastic container with a black lid. Be careful of muggles.
