Geocache Description:

Great view.

There has been a long time struggle here over the mid-western Pike in this lake. It has been drained down to its current level by the Dept. Fish & Game if effort to rid the lake of this fish which is not native to the western United States. This was the last attempt to rid Lake Davis of the predatory fish. When the lake is at its capacity it is beautiful and of course much larger. Enjoy the view.
