To
Have and To Hold
This is
a geocaching event/WEDDING!!! We will have a meet and greet at
above coordinates. It will be held in the club house located at the
mobile home park where we live, Plantation Acres. There is VERY
limited parking in the front, about 8 spaces but if people park
close we should be able to squeeze in 10 cars. Other parking can be
found in the park in the driveways of EMPTY lots or along side the
roadways without blocking driveways.
The
Geocaching Event will be on Saturday October 25, 2008 from 1 pm to
3 pm. There will be a cache hid in the club house to be located. A
prize will be awarded to the FTF the cache. We will have a variety
of snacks available such as chips & dip, veggie tray, cheese
& crackers, drinks and other items. There will be NO ALCOHOL
allowed at this event to keep it family friendly and safe for
everyone.
At 3
pm, after the geocaching event, we will share our wedding vows.
There will be cake and ice cream served afterwards.
Please
post your intentions of coming so we know how many people to
except. I will have to know so I can try and prepare enough snacks
for everyone. If you want to contribute anything, feel
free.
This
will be CASUAL!!! We are wearing jeans!!!! Please try and let us
know at least 3 weeks prior to the event if you plan on attending
and how many so I can place my order for the cake.
