Geocache Description:

This is the third annual Early Halloween Geo Bash event! It will be hosted on the 4th of October and will start at 11:00 am.

Our event is being held at Halmich Park in Warren, on 13 Mile Road between Ryan and Dequindre. We want to thank the Warren Parks and Recreation Department for their very generous donation of the pavilion and park facilities for this event.

The theme of this event is Halloween. There will be a costume contest, some new caches, and much more. We will also be having a raffle for some cool prizes. You may bring a donation for the prize table if you wish. This year we are doing the Silent Auction to also help defray the costs. The nicer prizes that are donated to the event (by us or by you) will be put on the auction table.

Below is the schedule of the day.
11:00 am - Event sign in
12:00 pm - Silent Auction started
1:00 pm - Lunch (Pizza provided by us)
2:00 pm - Costume contest (everyone is able to participate)
2:45 pm - Raffle drawing and prizes awarded for all contests and silent auction
3:00 - whenever socializing

We will be providing pizza for everyone. If you would like, please bring a dish to pass for the potluck.

A donation jar will be out to help defray costs for this event. Any money that we collected over the cost of the event will be donated to the South East chapter of MIGO.
