Geocache Description:

Soft shoulder, next to busy road

Driving along I saw a nice wide pulloff and though it needed a cache. So, here it is. This part of the guardrail is guarding... Jack Squat. OK, maybee it's keeping people from driving off the hill, but my thought is; if they want to let them. It's just a little chlorine in the gene pool.
