This cache is located next to the beautiful Lake Samsonvale. There are two possible approaches.
The first option is to park near Forgan Cove and walk for 1.5km to the cache (3km round trip). The second option is to hike from Bullocky Rest, which is a 5km round trip. The gates to the parking area at Bullocky Rest are locked between sunset and sunrise.
We walked in from Forgan Cove and followed the lower trail. There should be no need to leave the path until about 50m from the cache.
Sorry push bikes are prohibited in this area. Please take normal hiking precautions (drinking water, sun protection, comfortable footwear.
Please take care to rehide the cache well after you have found it. There is an unactivated geocoin for the FTF.
