The cache is located on the northern edge of the old Gedling colliery site between Lambley and Arnold.
The gedling colliery site has been re-planted with several thousand trees and is due to become a country park in the near future.
The cache is named after a friends dog who takes a walk out here most days and it was his owner Dave who drew my attention to this location.
If you get a little lost and wander off the the footpath to N 52 59.608 W 001 05.745 you will be rewarded with a rather good view.
