Reid State Park XC trails. This is one of four caches that I have placed along this overlooked path.
Also..There are 3 other caches here at the Park, that are not mine. Thats a total of 7.
This is like a power line caches series. You will have 4 chances at getting four smiley faces on this Path. Plus a great walk in the woods. The trail is not marked other than it is plain to see. If you start at the parking cords, The other end comes out at Todd's Point. I just turn around and walk back. You can make a loop out instead of backtracking. Just follow the paved road back to the gatehouse and the trail is on your left. The gatehouse should be insight but the trail starts back into the woods just before it. There is a sign for it here.
If you parked at the cords that I gave for parking and came down past my Bird Watching cache just follow the trail in. The trail becomes a dirt road for a bit. There are 2 roads that go off to the right. You should follow the second road up a little hill, There is a water tank at the end. The Little River trail is behind the tank. This would be the second stop on your way down the trail. This Cache is not far off the Path. A light bushwhack is involved. Please take care of my cache. And take the time to re-hide it as you found it.
