Ibworth Jaunt No 1 Traditional Cache
BearDroid: Time for this series to go. It has been there 9 years and hasn't been particularly popular. Freeing up the space for someone to set some new caches. This one has been popular because it is close to the Munroist Meander.

The first in a series of caches, starting from Ibworth, Hampshire. Please note - we set this series in 2008 when caches were mostly stand-alone.... You may find they are a bit far apart if you want NUMBERS.
This cache is a small container, big enough for Travel Bugs and coins. It is the first in BearDroid's Ibworth Jaunt series. There is a bonus cache at the end, so be sure to take down the numbers which are stuck to the lids of most of the caches. This cache is a short walk from the parking co-ordinates, along the bridleway towards Basingstoke.
The walk is a 7 mile circular route, including the bonus, mostly off road. There are some tall stiles to cross and some fields with livestock in, mostly cows. The A339 will have to be crossed once in each direction, so care should be taken on approach to this. Along the route you can take in "A place for a picnic" by the cache hoppers (GC1BMX2)
Suggested parking co-ordinates (for several cars) for the series are:-
N51 17.200 W001 11.413
