In the rest area heading eastbound. The cache is named for the sign which tells a little of the history of this valley.
The hunt for this cache is a good chance to stretch your legs and catch a break heading eastbound. Take a walk through the dog walk area (watch your step!) and you are looking for a 30 cal ammo can.
This cache replaces my previous cache which was lost during some tree thinning. It's a totally new cache so those who may have found the first are welcome to log away - it's all about the numbers, right?
