Geocache Description:

Chelsea Naval Hospital Park. Great Parking and easy walk around the area. A great cache for a lunch break!

First cache in Chelsea located in the most beautiful area with an almost forgotten look at the other green monster of Boston. A 35mm micro should be a very easy cache so you don't need to spend too much time in a black sheep town unless you walk around and check out the old Naval Hospital buildings. My grandfather told me he met Ted Williams there as was a kid when Ted was at the hospital. Even J.F.K. stayed there after his PT boat incident. History like that is lost in the current conditions but enjoy and look for more Chelsea caches to come.
