Not only will we meet and eat with new caching buds but
also greet new cachers in our area.
I will also be giving the first WNC "Golden Film Canister
500", "1K Golden Ammo Can" and "5K Golden Ammo Can" awards.
Yes these awards are all about celebrating N U M B E R S! Hey,
it takes alot of time and love of caching to rack those finds up so
let's CELEBRATE!!!
The following awards go to geocachers that live within the
Mountain Region indicated through The North Carolina Geocachers
Organization. I will use the cacher stats website to determine the
numbers. Please keep in mind that this site updates every couple of
days so if you want to qualify for one of these awards plan
accordingly.
The Golden Film Canister 500 goes to those cachers with 500 or
more cache finds by the event date.
The 1K Golden Ammo Can goes to those cachers with finds of 1K or
more by the event date.
The 5K Golden Ammo Can goes to cachers with 5K or more finds by
the event date.

NCGO t-shirt with the new design, created by yours truly, on
display!
NCGO 2007 geocoins will be there as well!
As seems to be the norm for the large events I hold, I will have
a goody bag for each attendee so PLEASE be sure to post your WILL
ATTEND so I can plan accordingly.
Also, only those who posted a WILL ATTEND log by SEPTEMBER
12th will get an Award!!
Feel free to bring the kids too! If you do let me know how many
because they will have a special treat!
I'm also providing dessert...I'm getting a big ole cake!!!
