Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small container suitable for small swag items. Cache should be available most of the winter.

When the towns of Labrador City and Wabush were in the early stages of development Javelin Road was the only bush trail available to residents seeking to get away for a weekend.

The area known as the mud flats became popular with boatera and soon became a very popular site for cabin construction too. Today the area is a very active boating and cabin especially in summer. In winter the snowmobile replaces the boad as residents continue with cabin life.
