Geocache Description:

Located in Barnhartvale this 2-3 hour hike will be a good workout for any hiker.

This cache is placed at the top of a very high hill. We recommend your good hiking shoes contain a good hiker. The first part of the trail, Sereda's Slippery Slope, is the most difficult. After it levels off you will continue along the trail past Cowpee Lake. Soon you will be walking along the side of Chip Valley to the top of Burnt Stump peak and the cache.

For those looking for a challenge do not look at the hints. They may or may not contain coordinates for the best parking and a few waypoints for the way up.

In an attempt to keep cachers on the trail and off sensitive grasses and squeaky squirrels please note that you can follow good trails up until 50 38.533N 120 11.494W. At this point you should look for a smaller, less worn trail that will take you uphill and almost to the cache.
