Attack of the Clones Traditional Cache
TakeMeOutdoors: Bummer - one of our earliest hides. Hiked back this evening and confirmed that it is definitely gone. We may place something here again (albeit better camo'd), but the container tied to the name so we'll archive this for now. Thanks to all who found this one!

Another hide along the picturesque Yellow Breeches Creek.
First, please park at the below-listed coordinates and approach from this direction, crossing the bridge on foot and heading NE toward GZ. I think there may be an approach from the E through a farm, but this is private land and I have no permission. Also, stay close to the creek and avoid the Water Company's property - I have no permission from them either.
While parked here you can easily nab the "Lookout Post" hide as well.
This short walk will give you some nice views of the creek, the dam, and some interesting rock formations. Speaking of which, the last 25 yards is pretty sketchy, and this is NOT a kid friendly walk, although I did have a placement assist from my 13-year old - in fact this hide was really his idea!
You do not NEED to get wet to reach the cache unless it is hot and you just want to cool off...in that case, I noticed a rope swing near GZ so have fun!
With all the tree cover the GPSr may be tough, so I'll give a little more information than usual. You are looking for a 6 inch long by 2 inch in diameter UN-camo'd container - when you find it the name of the cache will be clear. It is 2/3 of the way "up-slope" in what I think is a pretty obvious location if it stays hidden the way we left it!
There is room for some small trade items in this one - in fact the youngster left a couple of his type of prizes for FTF and STF. BYOP!
Again - I wouldn't bring the young-uns out for this one, please stay close to the creek and off the surrounding property, and above all, HAVE FUN and enjoy the views!
CONGRATS TO BROWN BEAR and JTHOMP000 for co-FTF and for CCCooperAgency for the Show!
