What's a Turtle Doing Over Here?

I am placing a cache that draws some attention to the local fauna of this park. I am specifically referring to the turtles that can be seen in and along the creek and back yards. Most of the turtles can be seen further east of this spot sunning themselves in the water. But occasionally they like to come over here to watch a little B-ball on the courts below.
You will find this micro hiding out with some of his turtle friends near the coordinates listed. This should be an easy find in a familiar type of location; nothing different here except maybe the container camo.
Beware of muggles in the area. Paking is close by.
