Geocache Description:

Should be quick one. Minimal foot time.

Located at the Wagon Wheel landing along the Flambeau Rive on the Southeast side of Ladysmith. The landing gets its name from the Wagon Wheel Bridge that used to cross the Flambeau River in this area. Vehicle traffic in this area is now much differnt, as semi's roll past from the nearby industrial businesses. The landing is a popular put in spot for canoes, kayaks, and fishermen doing float trips down the river. Look down the river and you will see rock structures that used to direct logs into the mills once located along the river. Next to the landing is the access for the River Edge trail that runs along the south side of the river.
