Container is a magnetic key hide. I made the difficulty a "2" because during business hours and downtown activities, there are many muggles around.
The above coordinates will take you close to Monument Square in downtown Urbana, Ohio. It is called Monument Square because of the monument erected in the middle of the square, which is called The Man on the Monument. Champaign County sent 3,235 men to fight for the Union in the Civil War. 578 men lost their lives and it is in honor of these men that this statue is dedicated. The statue is a bronze cavalryman facing North with head bowed for his fallen comrades. You will have a pretty good view of the statue from the location of the cache.
