Morris the cat hated mice! Whenever he saw a mouse, he called
for his fellow cats to join him for a little game of 'cat and
mouse'.
But the mice became too smart; they would hear Morris call for
his friends, and they would quickly go back into hiding. Morris,
being the smart cat that he was, soon devised a code for calling
his friends; the mice, unable to break the code, soon became easy
pickings for Morris and his friends.
To locate this cache, you must break the code, and then use your
findings to solve the following picture puzzle:

You are looking for a piece of camo'ed PVC pipe, which has
plastic end-caps on both ends. The cache contains a pen and a log
sheet, but there is not room for trading items, unless they are
small. Please do NOT put the lid back on so tightly that the
next cacher cannot remove it!
The listed cache coordinates can be used to help you find a
parking spot for when you begin your search for the cache.
